Born and raised in
Lexington,
South Carolina,
Lauren could not imagine living anywhere else in the
world. An honor graduate of Lexington High School and
the University of South Carolina, she is thoroughly
enjoying her career in real estate. As a new
construction specialist, she is currently marketing
several new subdivisions in the Lexington area. Lauren
started her career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. During
her junior year of college, she worked as a loan
assistant learning that side of the industry and began
her networking. She values her time spent there as now
she has a solid grasp of the financing side of real
estate and can assist her clients with that knowledge
and experience. Lauren began selling real estate in
2004. She has been a top producer every year since
getting in the business. She was named to the Presidents
Club at Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors in 2005, 2006 and
2007. Lauren has also been awarded with the Circle of
Excellence award from the Greater Columbia Association
of Realtors. Also in 2006, Lauren was named the Rising
Star for her Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors office.
Lauren also earned top awards from Bank of America in
both 2006 and 2007.
Lauren made the decision to join Exit Real Estate
Consultants in January of 2009 where she has continued
to be a top producer and has access to lots of wonderful
resources.
Lauren is very happy to have the opportunity to market
and sell new homes for two of her closest clients, her
father and brother. Reggie Porter has been building new
homes in the area for over 30 years and has built a
solid reputation for his quality work. Reggie is
currently developing several new home communities in
Lexington; Mariner's Creek, Cambridge Place and Wilmont.
After graduating with honors from North Carolina State
University in December of 2003, Reggie Porter, Jr. came
on board full time to head up the new home construction.
He is also very involved in the development company.
Lauren enjoys marketing both new homes as well as
existing homes and has found her niche in both markets.
